Refund Process

In case you are not satisfied with the results of your field analysis, you can request a refund to be evaluated by our sales team. In case of approval the refund will be processed.

To do so, please contact us at info@cybertiks.com and we will process your refund request. Please note that refunds are only available for the first 30 days after the completion of your field analysis results. After 30 days, you will not be able to request a refund.
