Click on Quotes or Payments to the left of the page, or scroll down on the Fields module, to see the status of the analysis. This status indicates that the field has not been paid for. You can pay for your field by going to the Quotes page and selecting the quote with the for the field you’d like to make a payment on. Once payment has been made, you can check the status of the analysis on the Field module. Once the field has been paid, analysis will be scheduled to start automatically.
This status indicates that the field has been paid for and is waiting to be analyzed.
This status indicates that the field is being analyzed and the images are being downloaded from the satellite.
This status indicates that the images have been downloaded and are waiting to be processed.
This status indicates that the images are being processed and analyzed.
This status indicates that the field has been analyzed and the results are ready to be viewed. You can view the results by going to the fields module and selecting the field you would like to view the results for.
This status indicates that there are no images available for the field. This can happen if the field is outside the coverage area of the satellite or you select a date that is greater than the date the satellite was launched. In case of no images status you will be allowed to re-edit your field to a different date or location. You will only be allowed to edit once since the status will change to pending again.
This status indicates that the field has failed to be analyzed. This is an internal issue and should be reported to the support team.
