The specific terms of use indicated herein shall be applicable to the respective persons or cases indicated herein, and in any case, are an integral part of the Terms of Use that established on the following page: [*] ("Terms"), thus they shall not limit the generality of the other provisions of the Terms. All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to such terms in the Terms.

These specific terms of use of the Soil Analysis Products (these "Soil Analysis Product Terms"), establish the terms under which Cybertiks agrees to provide the User soil analysis products, as available from time to time in the Platform (the "Soil Analysis Products").

Regarding Soil Analysis Products, in addition to the generality of the Terms, in the event that the User requires one of the Soil Analysis Products, the User agrees to (i) follow the instructions regarding the completion of data that Cybertiks provides you with respect to the applicable Soil Analysis Product, provided that you must indicate the name of the 'test', industry to be analyzed, previous date, location coordinates, price and plan, among others and as established from time to time by Cybertiks; (ii) provide the accurate, timely and complete information required for the correct delivery of the Deliverables related to the applicable Soil Analysis Product; (iii) proceed with the request for the Soil Analysis Product required under the terms indicated in the Platform, and (iv) make the payment and order the applicable Deliverable (jointly subparagraphs (i), (ii), (iii), and (iv), the "Request Process").

Cybertiks may enable a map delimitation where the soil analysis is to be conducted as part of the Request Process and which shall be confirmed by the User. Such delimitation by the User shall be considered as the provision of coordinates as established above for all purposes thereof.

As soon as the Request Process is completed, the User may not modify any data regarding the Soil Analysis Product, thus if required the User shall create an additional order with the modified data and such request shall be considered a new order.

In addition to the foregoing, the User may be required to complete and execute additional forms or authorizations as provided or required by Cybertiks from time to time, as required by law or as necessary to provide the Soil Analysis Products.

Therefore, if the Request Process is completed, Cybertiks must deliver the requested Deliverable (considering the established parameters and in accordance with the information provided by the User) within a period of no more than 72 hours from the next business day in which the payment is processed.

The User agrees it is responsible for any use regarding the Deliverables, such uses must be in compliance with applicable law and not for any illegal purposes. The User agrees that the Deliverables cannot be considered as an interpretation of data, and that they are strictly provided on an information basis.

No representation, warranty, or assurance of any kind (whether express or implied) is given as to the accuracy, completeness or reasonableness of all or any part of the information in the Deliverables (including, without limitation, estimated soil nutrients). Neither Cybertiks nor its affiliates nor any person assumes any obligation to update or correct the Deliverables, nor do they assume any duty or responsibility to any person in connection with any Products or Deliverables.
